Jax T many people fall off the low carb wagon. I found that it requires extreme discipline but you get derailed too easily due to lifestyle, convenience, cost of food, etc. Consider following the 5:2 Fast Diet. You can still eat the foods you love(even hamburgers, pasta, etc) and lose weight/fat. It's very easy to sustain and you can incorporate low carb into it at a later stage. I lost 10.4kg 10cm off my tummy in 9 weeks and I eat curry and rice, potatoes, hamburgers, etc. I lost the weight without going to the gym and only got back to gym after losing about 8kg so you basically will lose weight/fat by eating and sleeping even if you have a desk job that has very little physical work.
