7km today - it becomes so easy these days once it is your daily habit 🏃🏽‍♂️🚶🏽‍♀️- Let’s do it !!  

I love herons. We sometimes get one fishing on our pond.  

Morticia , very nice to have your own pond & huge land. I grew up doing farm work. Last night, I watched these Netflix French mini series filmed in all rural areas in France, they bring back my childhood joy 😁 

I love watching Midsomer because of the landscapes and houses.  

Cheese, I think herons like their keto diet with herrings 😅
