I was talking to a guy who lost 80 pounds and he didn't change anything or exercise all he did was one day a week he would fast and drink only distilled water. Not spring or other types it must be distilled. The weight dropped off as all the toxins were released from his cells. I am going to add this to my fasting, so i will take one day a week and call it my total fast day.
