Note to self: Increase proteins, reduce fats. Carbs ok.

no carbs are never ok

Indeed no carbs are never ok. My goal is to maintain 30/35/35 carbs/proteins/fats respectively. While carbs are relatively stable, proteins and fats are not in the right proportion ☹️
