so we're starting a new challenge in TOPS called the cut and burn challenge.

the goal is to cut 100 calories out by not eating 4 bites or not including cheese on the burger etc, but it's to lose that 100 cals, then you burn 100 cals by walking 20 minutes or doing whatever to burn those 100 cals, the goal is to cut out 200 cals a day and therefore lose half a pound a week. I'm hoping for the best.

the best part about it is, everyday you cut and burn you get a sticker! (I have ADD, I'm all about the stickers)

so I'm hoping that will encourage me to do this.
