B- lots of good fat and lots of green vegetables and not a lot of carbs. Decided to eat some cabbage to make sure I stay full until lunch. No recommendations for improvement. L- very satisfying and delicious. Lots of good fats again with salmon and avocado. And walnuts too. Great lunch and I don't see anything that needs changing. Dinner was good. I don't feel stuffed but I do feel full. I actually thought about eating my ice cream tonight because I got an intense craving for it. Glad I didn't. It needs to be my Saturday treat. Ate a yummy sweet potato and ready for my ride tomorrow.
