Hahaha yesterday was a battle! I was very thrown off my routine. Eating off schedule. Almost ended up on an Intermittent fasting schedule. Though I wasn't so hungry in the morning because of the skipped workout with my back strain. My back was spazzing out at work. Muscles tensing up with a slight movement. Used an ice pack a couple times when I got home. This morning seemed to be better. Went to the gym to hit my push Day. It went pretty well. I think I got just enough blood flow to my back area to encourage mobility and the pain is at about a 1.5, almost absent. Hopefully it's not building up for a grand showing later in the day 🤣
