So I'm still loaded with the cold and it won't budge...feel a bit burgh today, sore head, throat and so tired. Waiting for doctor to phone to discuss bloods and perimenapause. This is something I know nothing about, crazy considering my age but I've never thought about it before. My mental health nurse does not want to adjust my medication until I get hormone counts because apparently it can really affect ur moods, then we can figure out if it's hormones or mental health that needs adjusted. I didn't know this and urge anyone in their late 30's or 40's with mental health issues to look into it instead of assuming that ur meds aren't working, I don't know if every1 already knows this but I've never been told this by a doctor or nurse before now and I'm nearly 47yrs!! Apart from all that, I'm feeling OK,just trying not to comfort eat, days like this I don't like being single, I need a hug and someone to make me a hot drink and let me moan at them 😂😂 much love all ❤️🙏
