Well, last week totally sucked. I ate out almost daily and my weight shot up immediately. It must have been water retention though because as soon as I started back on the diet I went back to 256. Whew! That was a relief. I'm loving the gym. The machines are so much nicer than the one at the gym at my mom's apt. complex. I never stopped working out even though I ate horribly. My jeans I put on today were actually baggy!!! Life is good.
