Going to the doctor for my possible eating disorder tomorrow. Sorry for not posting been so horrible recently, crying so much. Just so so bad.

That’s a positive step Cristina. I dont think you see yourself as you are. You have a really pretty figure already and seem quite intelligent. That’s a nice combination. It’s very wise to seek help when needed. Im sorry you feel things are so bad i hope you start feeling better really soon.

This is a good thing to go to your doctors. Our doctor's want us to be heathy and happy! Remember you are not perfect and no one is. We all have our challenges. Be hopeful that you will find a solution that is best for you.

Cristina just a little well intentioned advice. Tomorrow be completely transparent with your doctor. Tell him about the BTS thing, why it is you are trying to be so thin and the incredibly low calories that you feel are too high (referencing the day you had 800 and thought that was a lot). Knowledge will be your best friend and the doc wont be able to help you properly without all the information. Ive been worried for you kiddo. Keep me posted please🥰

@Yearofhealth I will keep you posted, I am determined to eat a lot more so don't worry. And yes I will tell my doctor everything so they can help me as much as they can. Thank you for your advice, it is so lovely of you to care about me and help me!

glad to hear you're going to the doctor. crash diets can lead to quick weight rebounds that can be very discouraging for future weight loss endeavours. getting professional help and using a gradual approach is a great path to long term success.
