Just feeling so bad right now, the guilt after eating is horrendous. I feel like not eating anything for the rest of the week because of how much I have eaten today. Just this voice in my head telling me that. Let's just see how much I weigh tomorrow and how things go. It's currently 6 pm and I weigh 56.4 kg. I am wearing clothes and have eaten a lot so hopefully that's just the weight from food etc.

You're doing so good! Guilt is the incorrect emotion to be having. You should feel proud. You're taking steps to become healthy here, not skinny. I hope you keep at it and eventually that feeling of guilt should pass. You're doing the right thing. Keep repeating that to yourself. This is the way.

The impact that social media, fitness photoshops and tren/plastic surgery can have of body dismorpia and healthy eating habits is immense. My biggest mistake was trying to compare myself with what I thought was the ideal male (Joe linder, xyzz, cbum) which is very demotivating. Instead, I compared it to what I used to be and felt much happier with my progress. Although I follow cico, I never felt my diet was very restrictive as I only maintain a modest deficit paired with light cardio (mainly walking). A healthy lifestyle shoult not result in feeling guilt for eating or have a negative physiological impact. Based on your weight tracking, you have lost a significant amount of weight and should be proud of your hard work, but not if it comes at the cost of your mental health. Besides, here in the US, your weight would be considered quite low even if you were shorter than 4'10"
