It's been a little bit since I've written here. Busy with the family over for the week visiting. We've been taking them around the city and province and eating was pretty good considering we've eaten alot of fast food since Monday 🥸. Stayed closer to healthier choices and stuck to my workouts even when we were out of the city, we found a sister gym and kept at it. Alot more sweets this week. Alot less discipline too. But we're back to work and consistency starting tomorrow.
