Turkish Bean Salad: 1 can white beans drained, 1 medium tomate sliced, 1 small red onion sliced, 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 4 cloves fresh garlic, salt and pepper to your taste. 2TBL EVOO, juice from 1/2 lemon, 2 tbl Sumad spice. Enjoy!!!
