It's a small drop! given my period hit the other day I wasn't really expecting much, usually the scale is inaccurate during these days thanks to the water retention. Today I feel tired and unmotivated. I've been doing a really good job keeping up with my exercise and eating habits though. I'll try to push through this and tackle today head-on.
