Joeline no secret I try stick to only 1200 calories a day. I calorie count then when weight loss slows down I change to intermittent fasting incorporated with keto then back to counting calories even a cheat day now and then. Thankfully I don't like fizzy drinks. I love water and drink 2ltrs daily. I have learnt which foods keep me fuller longer and not to put pressure on myself if weight loss is slow. My goal is 63kg without a time frame and dont compare my weight loss with others. Slow and steady wins. 🙂

Very well said Angela and I couldn’t agree more! I hate the words “ i need to diet to loose weight” as Angela said you must incorporate a lifestyle change and make the adjustments to favor you for the weight to come off.
