I've never felt as in tune with my body and my health until I started exercising like this. I love being able to feel and understand my different muscles and how they interact, which movements affect different muscle groups, and the limits of my own body which are now constantly expanding. I'll admit I didn't quite think much in the past about just how many different muscles we have. It's honestly incredible how intricate the human body is.

I love that your reflection about body and movement is not solely based on weight loss. I mean I get that’s why most of us are here on this app, but your post shows that there is so much more value and benefit to exercise 😊
