i did end up binging yesterday, but since im trying to stop purging through vomiting, i fasted 🤷🏻‍♀️

I listened to a podcast yesterday and the lady mentioned that she struggled with binge eating. She said that fasting was not helpful for her because it made her prone to bingeing after her fast ended. Instead she started scheduling her meals and snacks that way she never got that ravenous hunger which led to bingeing. The meal schedules are something that I personally plan to implement because I struggle with bingeing. Yesterday I went about 1000 calories over. Although, I don’t purge (definitely tried but I hate throwing up) I tend to resort to negative self talk and self sabotage. At any rate, best of luck to you and remember to be kind to yourself 💕

I understand both of you.. fasting gives you something else to focus on, and anime babe is making a great point. my personal testimonial: the workbook I used to help stop binging/purging/restriction was "The Glow Approach by Dr Lyn Shroyer" her workbook is phenomenal!! I've gone thru it 2x! I do have ADHD, but I'm also using Vyvanse, which helps manage symptoms of Binge eating disorder..
