Hey everyone 👋
I have a recipe for the people who have sweet tooth like me but want to keep it healthy and high in protein 😁
This is a 160 calories for one piece it has 4.27 g of fat , 25.1 g of carbs and 6.47 g of protein.

This recipe as you can see it makes 9 pieces i will add the calories next to each ingredient and the total for the whole thing. 150 g blended oats has 584 calories 300g banana has 267 calories 100ml hazelnut milk ( any milk works that's just preference) has 29 calories 50g chocolate chip has 282 calories 25 g peanut butter powder has 110 calories 50g protein powder has 200 calories In total is 1472/9 is 163
