So have I done enough to deserve a 101kg on the dot?.....ofcourse I'm goal driven and once I put my mind on something....I make it happen :)
Making it happen with : the stairs I have been taking(monday - friday I made sure atleast once I took the stairs to the 6th floor), making time to drink lots of water to assist me by detoxification, 1 1/2 fast days :), putting in that little bit extra at the gym..hhmmmm...I think I deserve it :)
Will have to wait till 11:00 at the gym.
