In general I’ve been more active, doing stretches, workouts at home, jogging at the park. Getting a lot of steps in. I’m seeing a big improvement in my overall fitness and health.
64.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
