Aylanatasyaa : klo q diet nya pakai intermittent fasting, atur pola makan, dan olga seminggu 2-3kali tp akhr2 ini q kdng 5kali dlm seminggu
Dan q g mkn nasi kak q gnt karbo q pakai sayur2an, ubi, singkong, kentang, oatmeal.
Dan kurangi tepung2an, goreng2, dan gula ( blh konsumsi tp atur pakai fs)
