I've been very busy the past several days and this week will be no different. My time is really limited trying to juggle a full time work schedule with being a full time graduate student working on a doctorate degree, but I'm still managing to make positive choices that help me reach my weight loss goals. :)
I hope you all have a wonderful Monday and a great week! I apologize in advance for how little I may be able to participate in the forums. I have two major research papers due (each one 8-10 pages not including the abstract/title/reference pages) so needless to say, I will be swamped! But we have two choices, let the distractions of the day make us lose focus or press on despite all of our obligations. I choose to press on.
