I eat a low calorie meat like chicken or turkey or beef jerky w 1c beef bone or 0% Greek yogurt w stevia and lastly 1 cup beef bone broth at night around 7-8 pm to fight off hunger. You look amazing! Is it bing eating if your body needs the calories?

I agree with Storms, you might need the extra calories to feed all of that beautiful muscle! 💪

Night is when I'm most hungry, so i eat my largest meal between 8 and 9 in the evening. I know people say that's not the best way, but it works for me.

I work out 5 days a week religiously and have been low carbs for awhile now. I am within 4 lbs of my goal weight which is 144 lbs.

@zenus yes I'm grateful, but I need to fix this hunger and eating to much carb calories

@strom seems good diet for you. yes sometimes my body just feel hunger and need calories more.

@shirfleur no, thats good way. you don't need to scare eating at night time. just control what you eat during 24hour that day.
