First day over 1,000 calories for a long time! I almost feel happy, like I am making progress to recovery. I do feel a bit guilty but that is normal, I went for so many nice walks today so definitely burnt off the calories. I ate when I was hungry and ate what I wanted. I smiled eating food, it made me happy.
