Before my B-Day I reached my very 1st goal of 140 lbs!!!
63.5 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Anne!!! I am so happy... even tho I don't look the best, the shape is something I need to work on, however my weight is going into the right direction and I am happy! I can do it and I did it!

Thanks, the pic is a few days old... or fresh lol... and the goal is a big deal, now I am on my way to my 2nd goal and pretty much the last one about losing weight! Have a good one... (p.s. still waiting to see your pic lol)
