BG 107, Had a shake - 145 Kcal, low sugar. Supplements and meds taken.
Did 10 min warm up in the massage chair. Then I did 30 minutes of other chair exercises with ball and stick - a 90+ year old woman lead it from YouTube. good range of motion for trunk, legs and arms and hips. I subscribed, so I hope to find it again. I want to move as well as she does.
Shared info on DARK bill passage in House of Reps, signed petitions for Senators to block it.

Looked up info on intestinal and systemic fungal invasion and how to treat it. I already get probiotics from the Wellness Company supplements I use. I will check if I have any more in another supply to see if I can get rid of that.
