Doing good today, I faced one of my fear foods. It was ice cream, it was so good! Feeling a bit anxious, since now I am way above how many calories I usually have.

If you want to get better you need to stop counting calories all together. It’s the fixation with the number that drives you crazy and determines your self worth so if you abandon it (which is hard) you’ll be a large leap closer to recovery.
