Going to see a psychiatrist soon! Had a really bad breakdown, sometimes all of this is too much. I just want to eat what I want and be happy. Isn't easy with an eating disorder. I couldn't find what to eat, I never eat nice meals. Just plain food like cereal and bread. I got really bored of it, but I resulted to having it again. Other foods scare me, I am not sure why. I hope everyone is well, thanks for the support. Going home tomorrow, going to weigh myself let's see!
