My suggestion (though being a teenage it may be out of your control) is to expand your food choices when you feel you are in a rut or thinking in binary terms (too much vs too little). For example, fresh veggies to stir fry with only a spritz of olive oil, or berries, or a salad of mixed greens with lemon juice or vinegar (no oil). These have very little calories but lots of flavor. Do you eat enough red meat? You need red meat to function. Anyway, the point is to get out of your rut with high flavor, low calorie options.

it hurts my heart to read that you're thinking this way! Please remember -ALWAYS- that you are on a lifelong journey, not a limited time diet. Yes, you gained weight now, but next week? you'll be back on track, living your healthy life. Best yet? you'll have some amazing memories of your vacation!
