Twinsies! Used my new Aldi pan today, same food too…. Reminder to self no metal utensils 

Looks good, but I’m wondering what this is also … some kind of protein pancake perhaps?? 

:) Mrs Princess CBH its a protein pancake, flapjack that contains 5 eggwhites, 1 whole egg, 18 grams proten powder. I eat if every morning

@New Wayne…I make high protein pancakes too. It’s a delicious way to get protein! 🥞  

Also Stormsgirl gives more volume than a normal protein shake so you feel fuller as well. Of course absorbtion is slightly slower. So perfect for a meal instead of afterworkout shake.
