Actually... I re-weighted myself today... and my scale was so nice for my B-Day that is said 139.0 lbs... so I will circle it as 139 lbs for today.. even tho it might fluctuate again... but this is very nice!
63.0 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
