Alrighty then! Knee surgery definitely set back exercise for four months, which always plays into my eating habits. Back on the bikeā¦back on the road to better eating and listening to my body. I would love a daily accountability partner if anyone would like to volunteer. Did walk Pilates to start the day, now heading out for a bike ride. Bowl of cereal to put some energy in (Life cereal with unsweetened almond milk). Sending love to all those battling the bad brain narrative.
