You are so right Erin. Variety is good for additional minerals and not to get bored as well. However when I am deep into my cut like I am for the next two months till the end of September. I find having more or less the same meals eaten durring the week allows me to do the following: 1. Maintain the low calorie deficit as eating lean chick 3 times a day sure prevents me from over eating. 2. Keepimg my macros constant for 6 days of the 7 allows my body to optimize that macro mix. 3. Eating the same meals for 5 days a week gets my body so regular at fat burning that the fat drops off. Ths of course is only for extreme cases when you want to get super lean ie 8 percent and below. Stay with me my meals will get more exciting in the next two months for now I will live vicariously through your amazing meals :)

Honestly you are not fat and have no fat but I kinda understand where your coming from. I need variety otherwise I get way too bored with food and then don't want to eat at all.

Thanks Erin, for your kind words and saying this. I do know I am not fat I am very lean but the next two months I want to for me get to a new level of shreddeness I have a theory of how it affects my health maybe I will mail you sometime if you are interested rest assured after this two months I will start to put on the weight slowly again. Thanks for all your support and the laughs.

Erin I am also like you when I am trying to put on a little size I need variety otherwise I do not want to eat either.
