selamat pagi...yg goals ke ABS acungkan tangan ...hehhehe..habis olahraga kemaren ehh..tiba2 muncul si roti sobek..belum jelass x mmg ototnya krna jarang latihan abs ..hihihi..krna menurutku latihan upper dan lower otot perut itu kontraksi juga..
