Ok, now I'm scared. Been gaining about 1/2 lb each week or two. Not exercising at all. Not eating fresh or healthy food. Triggered lately by big time stress with a buyer, and by lake holiday, and by my hip size. Also need to quit smoking. I am sooo mean to myself, so first I need to work on self compassion, remember not to set unrealistic expectations like losing 2 pounds a week or starting a diet and quitting smoking on the same day, or under eating and over exercising. But one thing is for sure; I need to get off my ass and move my body.
