Why are calorie counts so disparate. From 400c to 84 per cup. what do you think this 2/3 cup is? got it from a local bbq place

It's all in the sauce! Mayo is often the base in coleslaw. Mayo is made up of eggs, sometimes just egg yolks, and oil, resulting in high calories. Unless they cut it using yogurt it is likely the mayo base.

Creamy coleslaw looks to average about 170 for a half a cup. That looks creamy to me. I would probably guess 200-220 for that. It does make it difficult with the larger range of calories. Looks good though 😁
