Going to give logging dinner a miss today. We has company over and had steaks, wings, potato salad, Chinese cabbage salad, and blueberry crumble and ice ceeam for dessert. But, I kept my portions sensible. Oh and a beer too. Tomorrow's weigh in will determine how badly I ate tonight.
