These are really endearing, Wayne. Relationships are so sacred. From the tyrant of a boss to the meekness of a newborn to the insects that remind us of life's ultimate realities. We can only create ourselves relative to those around us. And so all relationships point us toward our truth and that is why I appreciate them all. 🧡 

These words are really applicable to me at the moment Unty, thank you for sharing 🥰 

@Wayne... She is very beautiful! She looks like she lifts, too. 🤩 You two are a great looking couple! 👌 @unity... very true words spoken! The company we keep tends to rub off on us. I love to watch insects, especially ants. If only we could be like ants...lol. 

What a great looking couple! I appreciate men appreciating their wives, and women appreciating their husbands (working on that myself). Unity, what you said about relationships struck a deep chord with me today. I’ve reconnected with an old childhood friend recently and was just bowled over with how emotional it was to recognize just how well others can know us and how we know ourselves through them.

ajbusjahn this app really opens my eyes to how good the wife and I have it in the spousal and parenting department. insane what so many are going through or have gone through I'm very lucky sounds like Wayne is as well. 

I am truly blessed thanks to all of you for the kind comments. Yes she lifts, I introduced her to lifting, she was always trying to lean out amd doing tons of cardio but once she started to eat, count her macros and lift weights her body completely transformed. @Erin I am taking her away for the weekend to a resort, to treat her :) 

Also to OBTB she we are blessed to have supportive wives, and i have certainly read about the ladies having supportive husbands. To those who are going through tough breakups my hearts go out to them, strength to you during this time And to those single moms like Unity, KarlinRenee and CheeseGobller moms who are in amazing shape, single and working you are legends.

ZenusWarriorPrincess, you know, insects kind of blow my mind. I was staring at a bee hive about a year ago and it struck me that they all agree. How powerful is that? They all agree. Agreement is huge... when large groups of people agree, they can (and do) change the world.

Agnes Z, I used to believe that most relationships hurt; that they were painful or, if not painful, all about sacrifice and conditionality. 'I love you if you show up for me in a certain way.' That kind of thing. I've come to understand that relationships don't have to be painful. I can choose how the relationship will be the second I believe I am strong enough (and better off) on my own. Then I don't have to control the Other. I just control myself. 💙  

How wonderful that you are celebrating what you have with your lovely wife! Appreciation goes along way in this one life we have😊
