I had a really nice time talking to a couple of people. they gave me a meal plan. It made me very anxious but I know with a few therapy sessions I will be able to push myself to do it!! They also weighed me and measured my height, I have a feeling I weigh less than I say, it told me I was 51.7 kg. So maybe my weighing scale at home is broken (it looks it haha). I hope you are all well.
