3 hour workout, just for the hell of it, taking the family away tomorrow so wont train so made this one super long. I am going to sleep like a baby tonight.

Thanks Dazey yup I never make it this long but I am going away for the weekend so made it extra long just for the joy of it but it was extremely tiring ☺️ How are you holding up?

Honestly, I'm fine until he's awake. Hes become back to the beginning of his usual cycle: love-bombing and hoovering.. I'm hanging in there.

Oh man strength to you Daisey good to hear you doing ok and just walking through this time is doing ok. Keep exercising as it’s a great stress reliever they always used to say breakups make bodybuilders well fights can make bodybuilders as well train hard. Keep us posted with the workouts I am keen to hear how your fitness journey is going ♥️

Lol thanks for the compliment no I'm in my early 40's I have a 23 yr old, 21 yr old and a 19 yr old 3 boys. I also had a daughter who would have been 17 years old this year but sadly she passed away from cancer at 2 1/2 years old.

oh wow Erin sorry o hear about your daughter that must have been tought. But wow you are in your early 40's I really never thought you were so you are closer to my age and your kids are older than mine. You do not look 40 at all I genuinely thought you were in your 20s

Your not the only one on here to think I'm only in my 20's lol 😆 I wish I was in my twenties again.... I'm actually 43 shhhhhh don't tell anyone. She's my angel 😇 now and watches over her brothers and I . My kids all live on their own I've taught them to be independent and smart with money .

Cheese I normally Tap out at 2 hours as well but I combined the two due to the family going away this weekend. Here is the special Friday workout. 3 hours long. This was Chest and back, I always train these two seperately. Cable Flies to warm up the chest 5 sets - 20 reps intensify the pain on each set and then progess up in weight but deep stretch deep contraction Pullovers 5 sets to warm up the lats 5 sets - 20 reps Then Incline Press 5 sets Chinups close grip with weights 5 sets Decline Press 5 sets Lat Pull downs wide grip 5 sets Close Grip Press dumbell 5 sets Dumbell Rows 5 sets Straight Arm Pull down lat finisher 5 sets Decline Cable Cross over with Dips 5 sets Face Pulls for traps 5 sets Shrugs for 5 sets dumbells Abs - Leg Raises straight 5 sets as many reps Side Crunches 5 sets with cable and dumbells 5 sets Normal Crunches 5 sets This was my marathon Friday 3 hour workout. I was wasted normally this workout consists of two workouts each each 2 hours long. Chest and some shoulders with abs. And back and Traps with abs another workout. Try it Cheese just make sure you book enought time to do it and have your. creatine intraworkout and pre and post workout all ready to go. Cable Flies warming up for a deep stretch Dumbell Pullovers
