feeling like ice cream but keeping these goals: frozen and grated donut peach, red plum, pistachio butter, greek yogurt with a bit of honey and cinnamon

Hubby craving ice cream, so I made strawberry ice cream by blending strawberries with heavy whipping cream, coconut milk and stevia like a smoothie and froze it. Worked out to be 95 calories per serving and solved that craving!

I puree cottage cheese with a sweetener of choice, stevia, honey or fruit then freeze for a few hours, it's lovely. Sometimes I don't even puree the cottage cheese, just add the fixings and freeze the lot - soooo good! If I'm trying to get in more protein I add greek yogurt to it.
