@jenny fania iya gak boleh, takut mempengaruhi produksi asi nya, dh gtu kalo busui makan ny di tmbh 500kal lebih bnyak dr yg gk menyusui ( tolong koreksi klo misalnya salah🙏🏻)...temen ku gtu pas diet tp LG menyusui. Takutnya jg ke qta JD pusing lemes gt..

@iqomah071 iya bund,udah saya rubah sekarang sya konsumsi 2000 kkal/hari.
Baru baca di google ternyata busui gaboleh konsumsi dibawah 1800kkal/hari
