how am i going to feel full with this "full" serving?

I had some cereal and peanut butter because I did not feel full. I'm not good at dieting.

It will take time time to get used to but I think we could all guess including yourself that just wasn't going to be enough food for you after all you're an adult male and that wasn't very much food. Youu need more bulk foods I think. It is an experience of trial and error; protein is helpful in providing satiation as well as fiber rich foods. Don't get discouraged it'll take time to get used to each day is a new step on your journey at least you're trying, right?
