Breakfast:
veggie omlet
2 slices grilled ham
Snack:
SB cereal bar
1 cup skim milk
Lunch:
chicken and broccoli
Snack:
pear
1 dark chocolate covered almond
Dinner:
Mongolian BBQ-veggies, chicken, and soy sauce
