Been overindulging a bit this week. No point in feeling guilty. Just have to get back on track. Stay strong. Hope everyone has a relaxing weekend. 💪😎

I have an 80%/20% rule……..I eat healthy 80% of the time, but that 20% is quality of life….enjoy!

SG - Thank you! Indulging is nice once in a while but I’ve been a complete glutton this past week. Balance is definitely key.

Debra - Thank you. You need to overindulge on the right stuff. Experiment with foods, quantity, and timing. I’ve been having lots of doughnuts, and late at night. About as close to bedtime as possible. I’m just kidding. Please don’t do what I did. Just try to be consistent with your food and make small adjustments. I have not been consistent 🙃

Ikthemuffinman - I try to be pretty consistent with my foods and meal timing. I’ll admit, it probably leads to a somewhat monotonous way of eating but I enjoy it all. I get the 80/20 but I don’t really restrict what I eat or group foods in categories like that. I just look at food and decide whether or not it will help me towards my goal. But dang, those doughnuts were good! 😱
