Wow, I am having a hard time believing that it has been almost a month since I recorded a journal entry. I guess I have been busier than expected. I spent some time getting ready for a quilt retreat, then I was at the retreat for a week, home for a day then off to help take care of 4 grandchildren while my daughter travels. I think I have been toooooooo busy. I have not been doing well on my food plan. Please, do not get me wrong, I spent years with very little or no energy, so being able to do all the things I do is truly a BLESSING. A blessing for which I thank GOD for every day. I need to find balance, will go to work on that. Take care
