Hey good morning just wana ask am just abit confuse man i thort i can ask u .u always hive good advise .uhm i eat about 1200 cal a day and i walk about 11000 steps a day so thts burning about 600 cal by just walking so at the end of the day i basically ate 600 cal coz i burnt 600 givr me some input plz am confuse

I'm assuming you are using a fitness tracker to calculate calories burned during a workout. You don't burn as many calories as you think you do during excersize. Fitness devices widely exaggerate calorie burn. And can have a 40% inaccuracy rate. Rather focus on your food intake if you are in a caloric deficit and trying to lose weight. Easy formula is bodyweight in pounds x 14. That's your maintenance calories. To be in a deficit, minus about 500 calories from that amount.
