I haven’t been eating too much recently but I picked up 2kg. I wonder if it’s water weight because I’ve been drinking a lot of water lately.
130.8 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 45.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't let the scale discourage you. Just keep weighing and tracking your food according to your caloric goals. After a while things should start to shift.

Allot of it can be water weight. After I had a bad weekend I weigh much more but even of I just eat good again for 2 or 3 days the scale goes down allot.
