Started my new meal plan today after horribly stressed weekend. This is what I'm eating: BREAKFAST: 3 egg omelet with veggies and a small fruit OR a protein shake with 1/2 scoop protein and small fruit SNACK: 1 protein bar and lots of water LUNCH: salad with lots of veggies and some meat(salmon, tuna, chicken, turkey). no dressing SNACK: handful of nuts(almonds) and 3-4 whole wheat triscuts DINNER: palm size of meat, rice, and veggies SNACK: yougurt
I am also doing 20-30 mins on the treadmil every morning and a 1 hour workout in the evening with Adventure Bootcamp.
