Survived Day 1. Woke up this morning with a screaming headache, I know that this is due to the fact that I have had almost no food yesterday in comparison to my normal meals. For the next 9 days I Will be having 3 shakes and 1 bar per day. Somewhere along the line Ketosis will kick in and bring on its own set of fun symptoms. I only have to do this for 10 days and thereafter I can bring in one meal of Leafy Greens - Cant Wait!
Since this is Self Inflicted, I have no choice but to power through. I do think the real struggle is going to be when I get to the weight I want to be, how do I Maintain? but, I'm going to worry about that when I get there :-)
